Am 07.12. und 08.12.2024 fand unsere alljährliche Trainerfortbildung, dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal gemeinsam mit dem SC Huglfing, im Pitztal statt.
Die Weiterbildung bot eine großartige Gelegenheit für unsere TrainerInnen, neue Impulse zu erhalten, sich untereinander auszutauschen und die Qualität unseres Trainings weiter voranzutreiben. Schwerpunkt des Wochenendes war die Vermittlung des neuen DSV-Lehrplans, der einige technische Neuerungen bringt und noch spaßorientierteres und individuelleres Training dank moderner Trainingsmethoden verspricht. Unter Anleitung von BSV- und Bundeslehrteams-AusbilderInnen konnten unsere TrainerInnen selbst aktiv werden und das Gelernte in simulierten Trainingseinheiten selbst anwenden.
Neben dem Fortbildungsinhalt war das Wochenende auch eine wertvolle Gelegenheit für unsere TrainerInnen gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen, vor Trainingsbeginn Erfahrungen auszutauschen und die kommende Saison zu planen.
Wir möchten uns herzlich bei den AusbilderInnen und unseren TrainerInnen für ihre Zeit und ihr Engagement bedanken. Ein besonderer Dank gilt auch unserem Orga-Team, das diese Veranstaltung erst möglich gemacht hat.
